The Journey Begins (AKA the first post!)

Image Hosting
(in Juneau, Alaska, in front of the Taku Glacier)

We haven't left yet, but we can definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel. We leave on Nov. 12th out of San Francisco International Airport. Our first stop is a layover in El Salvador; should we decide to venture out of the airport we'll have about six hours to see all the City of San Salvador has to offer...plenty of time. After that, it's on to Lima, Peru...and our trip begins.

More Pictures and Posts to Come, stay tuned

Hey guys! I hope all is going well on your trip. We look forward to following your adventures. P.S Lauren I think I fell in love with your bug. It's way too fun! It's a totally sensible car for 2 adults and 2 babies right!? LOL Don't worry I might give it back to you :) Love marie

Rock on 'buddycakes'!!! Can't wait for more entrys about the great adventure. I'll be tuning in everyday. By the way, Waldo's not in Cabo anymore....... but the sight of him/it left behind a lot of damaged people. So, watch your back. Play good "D". However, the "Road" is where it's at. There's nothin' finer in life than discovering what it (life) is all about. So, soak it up. Breathe deep. Grow tall.........and I'll
see you two at 'Camp'. Hopefully some of your Slacker friends will show up as well. It, too, will be a great adventure. Hey, bring a new freind(s). And Lauren, don't ever be afraid to slap him upside the head when he's not playin' good "D". Bucduke
